Temporary Recruitment The temporary recruitment of employees through Team Support can help to support your business through periods of increased demand, assist with particular projects, or to cover staff annual leave, maternity leave and sickness. We can recruit for singular vacancies or high volume requirements for both long and short term temporary contracts.

Temporary recruitment can also give you the opportunity to work with a candidate and assess their suitability for the role and your organisation, before committing to a permanent contract.

Just because your vacancy is temporary it doesn’t mean the job function is any less important. We know that for temporary positions you need people that are both suitable for the job and that are trustworthy and reliable, no matter how long the contract is for. This is why every temporary candidate registered with Team Support is obliged to complete our rigorous screening and testing procedures before being sent out on any assignment.

Our pre-screening process for temporary candidates consists of:
  • Initial Telephone Screening

  • Registration in Person
    • complete registration pack
    • face to face interview
    • provide proof of ID, qualifications, driving licence(s), right to work documents

  • References obtained from previous employers

  • Where applicable candidates will also complete skills testing
