Registered Manager jobs play a vital role in the overall care of patients in Care and Residential Homes. The Care Team at Team Support look for qualified, experienced candidates who strive to continually improve the standards of care and we will do our best to place you in the perfect Registered Manager job.
We are currently looking for Registered Managers and Registered Deputy Managers to work in Care Home within the Berkshire area.
Responsibilities of a Registered Care Home Manager
Although Registered Manager roles within Care Homes will vary, typical duties will include:
Providing the best level of care to all residents in a way that promotes dignity, privacy, safety and independence
Ensuring that systems and standards are maintained at a high quality level
Managing, supporting and motivating teams of Support Workers providing care
Delivering training and induction
Organising staff rota’s
Working to set budget
Risk assessments
Devising Care Plans
Who we are looking for
1st Level Nurse with either an RMN or RGN qualification
Registered Managers Award essential
Experience of managing a care home
Excellent working knowledge of National Minimum Standards and Regulations
Strong leadership and team working skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Genuine passion for improving Standards of Care
